PT Gym: A Gym for Everyone

PT Gym is a purpose built boutique facility located at 60 Rosemont Street Wollongong NSW. Our vision was to create a facility that not only contains the best in current relevant exercise equipment, but also one that can cater for all levels of clientele.

We provide a safe and functional exercise environment for clientele ranging from the most debilitated rehabiltation patient to the highest level elite athlete. For this to be possible we needed to equip the facility with appropriate machinery and tools for the job.

What you wont find is machines that focus on one isolated body part, our machines have been selected for their diversity of application and functional relevance for our clientele. We still have treadmills, bikes and associated cardio equipment, however our predominate focus is health or performance improvement not just aesthetics.

 It's Function Over Form That Equals Good Health!

  PT Gym is also equipped with change rooms and showers, built in lockers on the gym floor, filtered water, as well as full supervision at all times. Our staff are always on hand to provide assistance, answer your questions and ensure that each member is performing their exercises safely and to best advantage their goals. We share our premises with physiotherapists, dietitians, podiatrists, hydrotherapy and massage therapists.
