PT Events

Small Group Training

  • PT Gym is offering it's members and guests a variety of small group training classes. Classes are 30 minutes in duration including warm-up, streches and cool down, and are conducted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm. Numbers are limited to 10 per class maximum.
