Professional Trainers
All staff at PT Gym range between experienced personal trainers, university trained Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists and Physiotherapists. This means we are qualified and experienced in dealing with all types of clients, from those seeking special attention due to medical complications to elite level athletes. Here's a little about us....

BA(Human Movement Studies), BSc(Physiotherapy)
Conrad Hartogh has a dual degree in Human Movement and Physiotherapy, which he completed in South Africa in 2000. Since this time he has held many positions as a physiotherapist including positions for the department of health, Namakwaland and DeBeers Consolidated Mines in South Africa, as well as in a private practice in Namibia before moving to Australia. Once in Australia he has worked exclusively with Physical Therapy conducting physiotherapy treatments, sporting coverage, team training, aqua classes and individual conditioning. Conrad has also worked at Virgin Fitness in South Africa as a personal trainer and gym supervisor. Conrad has a history as a competetive road cycling, Aikido, badminton and water polo. He is looking forward to the new challenges which lie ahead as the manager of the PT Gym facility.

Mark Quoyle is a qualified fitness specialist with over 6 years extensive experience in the industry. Mark specialises in personal training, sports performance, small group sessions, boxing training, outdoor training, aqua classes, and training with minors. Mark is highly competetive in nature and instills this enthusiasm and motivation for fitness to his clientele. He is a keen athlete and has been involved in many sports including Rugby League, Touch, Oztag, Soccer, Tennis, Golf and Tenpin bowling to just name a few.
Cassandra Tate has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and has gained accreditation with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist. She has held posistions within the rehabilitation and special populations industry throughout Sydney and it's surrounds. She has a keen passion for working with Workers Compensation Claims and Medicare programs to assist patients' post injury, surgery and for managment of medical conditions. Cassie has a history of competitive Netball including playing for the IAS and NSW under 21's as well as Gymnastics.
BA (Applied Sport & Exercise Science)
Allison Cullen has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She has gained ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Scientist and is currently aspiring for ESSA's Exercise Physiologist Accreditation. Additionally, she holds certification in Strength and Conditioning and Aqua Aerobics. Allison strongly believes in a holistic approach towards health and fitness and is particularly interested in populations presenting with diabetes, heart disease, and other metabolic disorders. She also enjoys involving herself with enhancing the general fitness, functional abilities and sporting performance of all clientele.
