Personal Training
PT Gym offers its members the very best in personal training services. All of our trainers are experienced in many facets of personal training, from general weightloss to high level sports performance, and everything in between.
So why engage a personal trainer in the first place?
Personal Trainers are there to help you go beyond you normal level of training, and get that bit extra to help you to achieve your goals. They do this through:

Our trainers measure their success on how well you achieve your goals not how many sessions you do in a week.
You do not need to be a millionaire or an elite athlete to have a personal trainer, just interested in achieving your goals in the most efficient way possible.
Sessions run on a 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute booking.
Generally personal training is conducted one on one, however we are also happy to train people with the same degree of focus and attention in small groups up to 3.
If you have friends, a husband or wife, or other relative who has similar goals to you then you can train with them in your personal training session. Not only does this provide you with that competitive aspect to your training sessions but will also serve to decrease costs for both of you per sessions.
Our trainers offer discounts to clients who book and pay for more than 3 sessions a week or more than 10 sessions at a time.
