Performance Training
Many sporting teams and individuals have an aspect of their sport that they feel needs improvement. Whether it is speed, agility, strength, power, endurance, coordination or balance. Performance Training is the scientific application of specific exercise to the betterment of sporting performance. Most sporting training involves specific skill based activities which are unique to the sport. However, there are some aspects of every sport that can respond well to specific training.

High Performance Training Does Not Have To Mean High Risk!
Knowing what type of training is required is only half the problem, the correct application of the training type at the right time and at the right intensity and proportions is even more important.
Our staff are trained to not only know what training is relevant but how to apply it. We liaise directly with your coaches and medical staff to ensure all training is complementary.
Our current athletes include track & field athletes, soccer and football players of all codes, wrestlers and boxers, surf boat rowers, tennis players, basketball & netball players, hockey players, swimmers, dancers, golfers, and cricketers as well as many others. Our athletes range in age from 7 years of age to over 80, and skill levels from novice to Australian representatives.
