Performance Training is the scientific application of specific exercise to the betterment of sporting performance. Most sporting training involves specific skill based activities which are unique to the sport. However, there are some aspects of every sport that can respond well to specific training.

At PT Gym we have the knowledge that is required to know what type of training would suit you and how to apply that information to assist in obtaining optimal performance. We liaise directly with your coaches and medical staff to ensure all training is complementary.

Our current athletes include track and field, soccer, footballers, dancers, rowers, tennis, basketballers, netballers, hockey players and many others. Our athletes cover a broad age range including athletes over 80 years old with skill levels from novice to Australian representatives.
